About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from JollySparkletime and use of our online store. Contact us at contact@jollysparkletime.com with questions about an order or these terms.

Ordering from our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required. You must provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and be authorized to use the payment method you provide.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Orders remain subject to payment verification and product availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, or discover a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If the order is cancelled, payments collected for the cancelled items will be refunded.

Prices and optional services

All store prices are in US dollars, including amounts shown with the $ symbol. Applicable taxes and any selected optional charges are displayed at checkout. Prices and offers may change for future purchases; this does not change an order already accepted.

Optional add-ons are separate purchases and apply only when you select them. Their scope and conditions must be described in the terms provided for that service. Buying an add-on is not a condition of receiving the rights or remedies provided by law or our standard Refund Policy.

Products and safe use

Please review the selected size, product description and included items before ordering. Decorative trees, room furnishings, phones and other styling accessories shown in images are not included unless the listing expressly says otherwise. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. This does not exclude your rights if goods are materially different from their description.

Use products in accordance with the instructions supplied and their stated specifications. Do not use damaged electrical components. Contact us if you receive a product that appears unsafe or faulty.

Shipping, returns and privacy

Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch, delivery estimates and tracking. Our Refund Policy explains claims for damaged products and missing shipments, evidence requirements and exclusions for discretionary returns. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Website use

You must not use this store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access or interference with its operation. Store content is provided for shopping and personal reference. Do not copy or commercially exploit content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

We aim to keep store information accurate and available, but occasional errors or interruptions may occur. We will correct errors when identified. Any correction affecting an existing order will be handled by contacting you and honoring the remedies required by applicable law.

Responsibility and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We remain responsible for fulfilling our obligations to you; using a fulfillment partner or carrier does not remove those obligations. Any limitation permitted by law applies only to the extent allowed by that law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms presented when you place an order apply to that order, subject to any changes you expressly agree to and applicable law.
